The Turin School on EU Integration, Law and Justice is hosted by the Law Department of the University of Turin and is part of the 2019-2022 Jean Monnet Module on “EU Mobility and Migration Law”, supported by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
 
The third edition of the Turin School focuses on the role that strategic litigation plays in advancing rights in the area of mobility and migration in Europe.
The programme combines theoretical approaches and practical insights. It includes reflections on the advances and pitfalls of strategic litigation, with a focus on the actors involved and on the procedural tools for an effective access to courts at the supranational level.
 
The Turin School mainly targets young researchers, Ph.D. candidates, graduate students and practitioners.
Attendance in person is limited to a maximum of 35 participants. Registration only to attend in person required at: turinwinterschool@gmail.com. Participants have to send their cv to submit their application. Deadline: Monday 9th May 2022. The morning sessions will be available in live streaming for the other participants.
